Our team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Strength and Conditioning Specialist have developed a program for injury prevention as well as prepare your strength and conditioning for Pickleball. We have developed a comprehensive Pickleball Performance assessment where we evaluate your current performance level through a series of scientifically proven test. Our goals of this comprehensive corrective exercise program is to increase playing time, decrease injuries, decrease pain, improve efficiency of your swing, improve core stabilization, improve static & dynamic balance, improve static and dynamic posture and increase power. We provide one on one performance training, small group training sessions and Pickleball performance clinics.
